Description
The tilt stages NT 40 are high-resolution tilting elements, that are normally mounted horizontally. The axis of rotation is defined by the centres of two precision steel balls, and the tilting angle is set by a micrometer or a
fine-thread screw.
The fastening grids enable them to be combined to 2-axis setups. Furthermore, they can be combined to measuring, translation, elevator and rotary stages, by using other OWIS components.
